Please note that our website will remain active for Currency Pass purchases, reloads and other card activity, plus MoneyGram sends can be done online, as well as Travel Money Transfers and Travel Insurance.
We cannot facililate any foreign currency cash transactions at this time, this includes exchanging foreign currency into Australian Dollars.

The Currency Pass portal is still completely functional! You can continue to reload, check your balance, transaction history and transfer funds via the portal, and using your Currency Pass is not impacted.
If you do not have a Currency Pass yet, you can also purchase a new card online.
MoneyGram sends are available online. It's easy to create an account, and you can be sending to family and friends around the world within minutes, no need to visit a store!
MoneyGram receives are not available at this time while our stores are closed. To find an agent that is open, please call MoneyGram on 1800 049 087.
