Offer eligibility
- Eligible customers: This offer is available exclusively to selected Travel Money Oz customers who have been issued the win back voucher code by Travel Money Oz. Voucher codes are non-transferable and may only be used by the customer to whom the code was issued.
- Personal use only: This offer is available to customers for personal use only. Foreign currency wholesalers, other financial institutions, or currency providers are not eligible. Travel Money Oz reserves the right to refuse transactions it suspects are not for personal use.
- Minimum purchase: To be eligible, the qualifying transaction must be a single foreign currency purchase of $1,000 AUD equivalent or more. Multiple transactions that together total $1,000 AUD or more will not qualify unless each individual transaction meets the minimum spend.
- Eligible products: The offer applies to purchases of Foreign Cash (all eligible foreign currencies) or initial loads or reloads of the Travel Money Oz Currency Pass in an eligible foreign currency. AUD loads on the Currency Pass are excluded.
- Eligible channels: The offer is redeemable instore at participating Travel Money Oz stores and online at travelmoneyoz.com. Both channels are subject to the terms set out in this document.
How the discount works
- Discount amount: Eligible customers will receive $25 AUD off the total amount payable on a qualifying foreign currency purchase. The $25 AUD discount will be deducted from the amount payable at the time of the transaction. For example, if you purchase $1,500 AUD equivalent in EUR, you will be charged $1,475 AUD equivalent.
- Online redemption: To redeem the offer online at travelmoneyoz.com, the customer must enter their unique voucher code at checkout before completing the transaction. The voucher code cannot be applied after a transaction has been processed.
- Instore redemption: To redeem the offer at a participating Travel Money Oz store, the customer must present their unique voucher code to the Travel Money Oz team member at the time of purchase, before the transaction is processed. The voucher code cannot be applied after a transaction has been completed.
- Payment methods: The offer is valid for all standard payment methods accepted instore at participating Travel Money Oz locations. For online transactions, the offer applies to purchases made by debit or credit card. Online purchases settled by bank transfer are excluded from this offer.
- Exchange rate: The discount applies to the amount payable in AUD at the advertised exchange rate at the time of purchase. Exchange rates are set by Travel Money Oz and may vary. For online transactions, the rate displayed at the time of checkout applies provided the transaction is settled within the applicable settlement window. For instore transactions, the rate applies at the time the transaction is processed. Currency Pass rates cannot be discounted.
Voucher code conditions
- Each voucher code may only be redeemed once, by the customer to whom it was issued, during the offer period. Subsequent transactions by the same customer will not be eligible for the discount.
- Voucher codes are personal and non-transferable. Codes may not be shared, sold, or distributed to any other person.
- Voucher codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
- If a transaction is cancelled, refunded, or reversed after the voucher has been applied, Travel Money Oz reserves the right to void the voucher and recover the discount amount.
- Travel Money Oz reserves the right to deactivate, cancel, or void any voucher code it reasonably suspects has been obtained or used fraudulently, in breach of these terms, or in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of the offer.
Offer period
- The offer is valid from 12:00AM AEST Friday 29 May 2026 to 11:59PM AEST on 30 September 2026. Transactions completed after this date and time will not be eligible, regardless of when the voucher code was received.
- Voucher codes that have not been redeemed by 11:59PM AEST on 30 September 2026 will automatically expire and have no further value.
General conditions
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Travel Money Oz promotional offer, discount, or voucher, unless expressly stated by Travel Money Oz.
- Travel Money Oz reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without notice, including the list of eligible currencies and participating stores.
- Travel Money Oz reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be published at travelmoneyoz.com and will apply to all unredeemed vouchers from the date of update.
- Travel Money Oz is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from a customer's inability to redeem a voucher code due to technical issues, system outages, or circumstances beyond Travel Money Oz's reasonable control.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Currency Pass (Currency Card) specific conditions
- For Currency Pass loads and reloads, the $25 AUD equivalent discount will be deducted from the AUD amount payable at the time the load or reload is processed.
