To get started, open the Travel Money Oz app and click on "Add Card to Wallet" button from either the Homepage, Order Confirmation Page or Card Page. Follow the steps to complete set up

To get started, open Apple Wallet on your iPhone or Apple Watch, or select Wallet & Apple Pay in System Preferences on your iPad or Mac.

1. What is an Apple Pay Digital Wallet?

It's basically a digital version of your physical Travel Money Card. Now you can have your reloadable travel money pre-paid card added to your Apple Wallet on your iPhone or Apple Watch. It allows you to make secure and convenient purchases both online and in-store using Apple Pay, specially convenient when you are travelling and don't want to carry your card aroud.

2. Do I need to download the app to add my Travel Money Card to my Digital Wallet?

Althogh downloading the app is recommended (you can manage all your card settings and reload your card from your app), it is not necessary to add your card to your Digital Wallet. Open the Apple Wallet app on your iPhone, tap the "+" button, and follow the on-screen instructions to add your pre-paid card. You may need to enter the card details manually or scan the card.

3. Where can I use my Apple Digital Wallet Pre-Paid Card?

You can use your pre-paid card anywhere Apple Pay is accepted, including millions of retail locations, online stores, and within apps that support Apple Pay.

4. Is my money safe with an Apple Digital Wallet Travel Money Card?

Yes, your money is secure. Apple Pay uses advanced security features like tokenization and biometric authentication (Face ID, Touch ID) to protect your transactions. Additionally, our Travel Money Card are issued by a trusted financial institution.

5. Are my physical Travel Money Card and the Digital Card the same?

In simple words yes. When you load your card or make purchases with any of the cards, the balance will be updated on both.
