(“Promotion”)

This Promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in this Promotion.

The Promoter

1. The promoter is Travel Money Currency Exchange Pty Ltd (ABN 46 121 451 723) trading as 'Travel Money Oz’. Our registered office is located at 275 Grey Street South Brisbane QLD 4101.

Conditions of Entry

2. Eligibility information and the prize offered form part of these Conditions of Entry. An individual who submits an entry into this Promotion is deemed to have accepted these Conditions of Entry.
3. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older who comply with the requirements set out in these Conditions of Entry ("Eligible Entrants").
4. Eligibility is open to existing World360 Rewards members, and individuals who sign up as a new World360 Rewards member during the Promotion Period, subject to compliance with these Conditions of Entry.
5. Employees of Travel Money Currency Exchange Pty Ltd, its related bodies corporate, and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.

Duration of Promotional Period

6. The Promotion commences at 12:00AM AEST on Thursday 11 June 2026 and closes at 11:59PM AEST on Tuesday 30 June 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Eligibility for Promotion

7. Eligible entrants will be those who are existing World360 Rewards members, or who sign up to World360 Rewards during the Promotion Period and complete the form hosted on the Travel Money Oz Competition Landing Page https://www.travelmoneyoz.com/world_360_one_million_points.
   By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from World360 Rewards and acknowledge that their details will be added to the World360 Rewards database upon sign-up.
8. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter.
9. When subscribing to receive direct marketing material from the Promoter and World360 Rewards, and entering this Promotion, Eligible Entrants are agreeing to the terms of the Promoter's privacy policy available at https://www.travelmoneyoz.com/legal/privacy-policy, World360 Rewards’ Privacy Notice available at https://www.world360rewards.com/privacy and the World360 Rewards Terms available at https://www.world360rewards.com/terms.  
10. Personal information of Eligible Entrants may be provided to World360 Rewards and third parties involved with this Promotion including prize suppliers, and regulatory authorities (in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at https://www.travelmoneyoz.com/legal/privacy-policy). If an Eligible Entrant fails to consent to and provide their personal information in this regard, they will be unable to participate in the Promotion and will no longer be considered an Eligible Entrant.
11. An Eligible Entrant who complies with these eligibility requirements will receive one (1) entry only in the Promotion.

Selection of "Prize Winner"

12. One Eligible Entrant will be selected as the Prize Winner by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter (the Panel).
13. The Panel will make their judgement at Southpoint, 275 Grey Street, South Brisbane QLD 4101, Australia on Wednesday 1 July 2026.
14. The Prize Winner will be selected from all Eligible Entrants by the Panel and will be judged on their creativity, originality, relevance and adherence to the entry requirements.
15. The Panel’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the judging outcome.
16. The Prize Winner will be contacted by the Promoter via telephone and/or in writing via email within one week following the decision on Wednesday 1 July 2026 using the contact details for the Prize Winner in the Promoter's records.
17. The Prize Winner will have until 05:00PM AEST on Friday 31 July 2026 to claim the Prize.
18. If any Prize has not been claimed by the Prize Winner by Friday 31 July 2026, an Unclaimed Prize Winner will be selected for the Unclaimed Prize on Monday 3 August 2026. The unclaimed prize will be awarded to the second placed entrant as judged by the Panel. The winner of the unclaimed prize ("Unclaimed Winner") will be notified by email and telephone on the week of the unclaimed prize selection, Monday 3 August 2026 (using the contact details for the Prize Winner in the Promoter's records). All terms applicable to the Prize Winner will also apply to Unclaimed Winner.
19. The Promoter's decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result of the promotion.

Prize Details

7. The Prize consists of one million (1,000,000) World360 Rewards Points, credited to the Prize Winner's account within 5 business days of claiming prize.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the notional value of each Prize. The Prize value is in Australian Dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken. 
9. Points are subject to World360 Rewards Terms and are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. World360 Rewards Terms are available at https://www.world360rewards.com/terms.

General

20. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for or liable for:
    1. inaccurate/incorrect transcription of entry information.
    2. entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected, or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions.
    3. any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software.
    4. the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website.
    5. unauthorised human intervention in any part of the Promotion.
    6. electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the promotion.
    7. any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a Prize Winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a Prize Winner; or
    8. any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation in or downloading any materials in this Promotion.
21. The Promoter and its related bodies corporate will not be liable for personal injury suffered in connection with participation in this Promotion or with the use of the Prize offered, except to the extent caused directly by the Promoter's gross negligence.
22. The above conditions do not affect, and are not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its related bodies corporate, servants or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the Prize supplied again.
23. When Eligible Entrants subscribe to the Promoter's email newsletter, they are agreeing to receive email marketing from both the Promoter and/or its related body corporates. In the event that Eligible Entrants decide to opt out of receiving information on promotions, services and market research provided by the Promoter they can email marketing@travelmoneygroup.com.  
24. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
25. These Conditions of Entry are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
26. These Conditions of Entry shall supersede all other prior terms and conditions, understandings, arrangements or agreements, whether verbal or written, in relation to the Promotion.
