In Stock Promise Terms and Conditions
In these terms and conditions, references to “Travel Money Oz”, “we” and “our” means Travel Money Currency Exchange Pty Ltd (ABN 46 121 451 723) trading as 'Travel Money Oz’. Our registered office is located at 275 Grey Street South Brisbane QLD 4101. You can also contact us on enquiries@travelmoneyoz.com
1. For the purpose of these terms and conditions, Eligible Currencies are defined as the currencies included in this core value proposition which is updated regularly at https://www.travelmoneyoz.com/in-stock-promise. Currency availability may vary by store and is subject to change.
2. In Stock Promise applies only to purchases of Eligible Currencies for cash in Travel Money Oz stores, at the publicly available rates offered in store (the "Board Rate"), subject to these terms and conditions. The Board Rate is inclusive of all fees, charges, commission or levies.
3. In Stock Promise is only applicable when a customer requests to purchase an Eligible Currency and that specific Travel Money Oz store does not have the requested stock available at the time of the request.
4. Availability refers solely to whether the store has sufficient physical cash stock of the requested Eligible Currency at the time of the Customer's visit. It does not apply where the store is closed or otherwise unable to complete the transaction due to non-stock-related reasons.
Travel Money Oz reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer of In Stock Promise at any time without notice. Pending transactions initiated before such withdrawal or amendment will be honoured.
5. Travel Money Oz reserves the right to update the list of Eligible Currencies at any time without notice. Pending transactions initiated before such update will be honoured.
6. If Travel Money Oz is unable to fulfil its In Stock Promise, the customer will receive AUD $10 discount on their transaction when they spend over AUD $250 equivalent on a foreign currency.
7. To receive the AUD $10 discount under the In Stock Promise, the Customer must make an instant full deposit on their ordered currency. If the Customer does not make a full deposit, Travel Money Oz can still order the currency, but the Customer will not be eligible for the AUD $10 discount. There is no limit on the transaction value (subject to KYC and EDD requirements).
8. A customer must collect their ordered currency from the same store they originally visited and received the offer from.
9. The AUD $10 discount can only be applied once per transaction.
10. Travel Money Oz reserves the right to withdraw or suspend the offer of the In Stock Promise during large impact global events causing major disruptions to the supply of an Eligible Currency to our stores.
11. In Stock Promise is available to customers for personal use only. Commercial operators such as foreign currency wholesalers, other financial institutions or currency providers cannot utilise the In Stock Promise for any purchase. Travel Money Oz consultants reserve the right to refuse to apply the In Stock Promise to transactions that they suspect are not for personal use.
